5099 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 5099 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or making any transactions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by 5099, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5099 platform.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 5099 reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of this age requirement at any time without prior notice.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 5099 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5099 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 5099 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.
- Use a strong and unique password for your 5099 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that all personal information registered is accurate, up to date, and truthful.
5099 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure platform security and meet operational requirements. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is completed.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 5099 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the transaction process.
To make a withdrawal, users must first complete the identity verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, as an added security measure to prevent fraud.
- All deposits and withdrawals are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Withdrawal processing typically takes between 1 to 3 business days.
- 5099 does not charge any hidden fees for standard transactions.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements stated separately.
In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, users are encouraged to contact the 5099 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Transaction records maintained by the platform will be considered final unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
All users of the 5099 platform are required to comply with the rules and guidelines set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure without any refund:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system or game vulnerabilities.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Engaging in any action that could compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the 5099 platform is lawful in their geographic location. 5099 accepts no liability for any legal consequences faced by users who access the platform from regions where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
5099 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The maximum liability of 5099 to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 5099 platform are the exclusive property of 5099 or its licensed rights holders. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 5099.
Third-Party Links
The 5099 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 5099 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of such services.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Policy & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
5099 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be eligible to recover any funds remaining in the account, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
Amendments to Terms
5099 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an announcement on the platform or through their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
